  • No — I don’t currently take deposits. I simply ask that you honour your appointment time or give me 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.

  • I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This allows me to offer the space to another client and keeps everything running smoothly.

  • I’ll always do my best to give you your full treatment time, but arriving late may mean I need to shorten your appointment so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

  • Yes — I offer a range of advanced treatments including RF, electroporation, mesotherapy, and skin‑needling. These are always customised to your skin goals and carried out with the highest level of care. You can book an appointment here.

  • If you’re unsure, book my Tropic Discovery Facial. I’ll assess your skin and create a home skincare regimen and a future facial treatment that suits you perfectly. The Tropic Discovery Facial is £30. The price is redeemable against any Tropic Skincare products purchased at the time of your appointment. There’s no obligation to buy - simply enjoy a 30-minute treat.
